Student work premieres at SXSW

Viz at Art Step

Art Step is an expanded version of the monthly First Friday art event held in Downtown Bryan. The Department of Visualization had a presence at February’s Art Step by showcasing student animations and video work at the historic Palace Theater.

Viz Fall Shows

The fall 2009 semester concluded with two success student exhibitions. The first show featured flatwork, sculpture, and animated projects created by students in the BS-Viz program. The second event was the annual MS-Viz “Fall Show” reel of animation and video projects.

BS-Viz Student receives Movie Credit

During his internship with ImageMovers Digital, Michael Catalano worked with former MS-Viz students on Disney’s A Christmas Carol, making him the first BS-Viz student to have his name listed in the credits of a major motion picture.
